Richmond Hill Council is seeking applications for the appointment of a new Integrity Commissioner on a contract for services basis. The Integrity Commissioner is responsible for administering the City’s Council Code of Conduct. The Integrity Commissioner is an independent accountability officer given authority under the Act and the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act and is therefore not an employee of the City.
