The Mill Pond Winter Carnival is taking place February 2 and 3. Due to this, Mill Street will be closed between Trench Street and Leisure Lane beginning at 12 p.m. Friday, February 1 until 8 p.m. on Sunday, February 3.

Temporary barricades with "Road Closed" signs will be placed on Mill Street between Trench Street and Leisure Lane.

No Parking Both Sides

• Mill Street: Sugar Maple Lane (east leg) to Lucas Street
• Trench Street: Mill Street to Richmond Street
• Starlight Crescent: Mill Street to 50 meters South of Mill Street
• Libby Boulevard: Rumble Avenue to Mill Street
• Wood Lane: Mill Street northerly to Rumble Avenue

No Parking One Side

• Emerald Isle Court: All of street (north side)
• Altamira Road: Wood Lane to Libby Boulevard (north side)
• Leisure Lane: All of street (east side)
• Richmond Street: Trench Street to Leisure Lane (south side)
• Sugar Maple Lane: All of street (inside of crescent)
• Sugar Maple Court: All of street (east side)
• Tyneview Lane: All of street (south side)
• Starlight Crescent: 50 metres south of Mill Street to Tareyton Road (west side)
