A request has been received fromTOTERA ENTERPRISES LTD. and 2012002 ONTARIO LTD. to amend the Zoning By-law, for lands described as Part of Lot 51, Concession 1, E.Y.S. and municipally known as 10815 and 10825 Yonge Street. The application seeks to permit the addition of an expanded range of commercial uses to the subject lands.

The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
