A request has been received from ZONIX GROUP (HARRIS) INC. to amend the Zoning By-law for lands described as Part of Lot 49, Plan 1916, and municipally known as 229 Harris Avenue. The application seeks to permit a residential development comprised of six (6) semi-detached dwelling units on the subject lands.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
