A request has been received from Vomano Valley Developments Ltd. to amend the Zoning By-law for lands described as Block 156, Plan 65M-4416 and municipally known as 12955A and 12955B Bathurst Street. The application seeks to permit additional office and commercial uses with site specific parking standards on the subject lands. The proposed uses include medical offices, business and professional offices, artist or photographic studio, private club and laundry and dry cleaning establishments.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development application have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
