A request has been received fromYANPING BAO and YANPY DEVELOPMENT INC. to amend the Zoning By-law, for lands described as Part of Lots 14 and 15, Plan 1931 and municipally known as 181 and 187 Elgin Mills Road West. The application seeks to permit a medium density residential development comprised of 15 townhouse dwelling units on the subject lands.

The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
