A request has been received from Marina Shcolyar and 2814845 Ontario Inc. to amend the Zoning By-law for lands described as Part of Lots 1 and 2, Plan 470 and municipally known as 94 and 96 Church Street South. The application seeks to permit a 5 storey residential building containing a total of 36 dwelling units, a total gross floor area of 3,417.67 square metres (square feet), a floor space index (FSI) of 1.87 and 42 parking spaces units on the subject lands. The proposal also contemplates the integration of the existing heritage building (Jacob Lunau House).
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.

It may also be used to serve notice of an Ontario Land Tribunal hearing.
