The City of Richmond Hill has received the following application under the Planning Act:

A request has been received from DALJIT SINGH and AMIR SHAHCHERAGHI to amend the Zoning By-law for the lands described as Part of Lots 54 to 56, Plan 1883, City of Richmond Hill, and municipally known as 123 Lawrence Avenue, 186 and 192 Major Mackenzie Drive East. The application seeks to permit three (3) four-storey (4) stacked townhouse buildings comprised of a total of 40 dwelling units on the subject lands.

The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
