A request has been received from BH PROPERTIES LIMITED to amend the Zoning By-law, for lands described as Lot 208, Plan M-37 and municipally known as 57 Beaufort Hills Road. The application seeks to permit the creation of one additional single detached dwelling lot on the subject lands.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
