A request has been received from 2747883 Ontario Inc. and 2753502 Ontario Inc. to amend the Official Plan and the Zoning By-law for lands described as Part of Lot 1, Plan 200 and municipally known as 13572 and 13586 Bayview Avenue. The applications seek to permit a high density residential development comprised of an 11-storey building with a total of 122 units, a gross floor area of 14,303 square metres (153,956 square feet) and a density of 111 units per hectare (1.3 FSI) on the subject lands.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The applications have been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
