The City of Richmond Hill has received the following applications under the Planning Act:

A request has been received from Sabella Ridge Estates Inc. to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for lands described as Part of Lots 53 and 54 of Plan 1931 and municipally known as 10684 and 10692 Yonge Street. The applications seek to permit a high density residential development comprised of a 28 storey rental apartment building consisting of 284 residential units, 273 parking spaces, a gross floor of 22,307 square metres (240,115 square feet) and an FSI of 4.3 on the subject lands.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The applications have been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
