The City of Richmond Hill has received the following applications under the Planning Act:

A request has been received from 2573163 Ontario Inc., 2668860 Ontario Inc., Khosrow Rangchi and Shahnaz Ebrahimi to amend the Official Plan and the Zoning By-law for lands described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Plan 4644 and Part of Lots 9 and 10, Plan 4839 and municipally known as 122, 124 and 126 Cartier Crescent. The applications seek to permit an 8-storey residential apartment building with a total of 165 units, a gross floor area of 12,050 square metres (129,541 square feet) and a density of 451 units per hectare (182 units per acre) or 3.45 FSI on the subject lands.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The applications have been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
