The City of Richmond Hill has received the following applications under the Planning Act:

A request has been received from 2593000 ONTARIO LTD. to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, for lands described as Part of Block C, Registered Plan M-816, City of Richmond Hill and municipally known as 10594 Yonge Street. The applications seek to permit a 30 storey, mixed-use residential/commercial development comprised of 291 apartment dwelling units. The proposal contemplates a total gross floor area of 21,583 square metres (232,317.48 square feet), a maximum floor space index of 9.91, 65 parking spaces and 520 square metres (5,597.23 square feet) of ground level commercial uses.

The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The applications have been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
