Notice of Complete Applications (City Files OPA-26-0002 and ZBLA-26-0003)
The City of Richmond Hill has received the following applications under the Planning Act:

A request has been received from SANTCO TRADING INC., YAVARI HAMIDEH and SADEGHIAN JALIL to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for lands described as Part of Lot 67, Concession 1 W.Y.S. and Part of Lot 157, Plan 202 E and municipally known as 13232 & 13234 Yonge Street, and 14 & 16 Elm Grove Avenue. The development proposal seeks to permit a 10 storey apartment building containing 287 dwelling units with retail at grade along Yonge Street, 64 townhouses with surface parking, and a conveyance of a portion of a new north-south public right-of-way.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that “complete” development applications have been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The applications have been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.

P.13 and may be contained in an appendix of a staff report, published in the meeting agenda, delegation list and/or the minutes of the public meeting and made part of the public record. The City collects this information in order to make informed decisions on the relevant issues and to notify interested parties of Council’s decisions. It may also be used to serve notice of an Ontario Land Tribunal hearing. Names and addresses contained in submitted letters and other information will be available to the public, unless the individual expressly requests the City to remove their personal information when submitting their written comments.
