Take Notice that in respect to the application to demolish deemed completed on May 3, 2022, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill at its meeting on June 22, 2022 consented to the application to demolish the Part IV heritage-designated David Hislop House, located at 1577-1621 Major Mackenzie Drive East, subject to the terms and conditions specified by Council, in accordance with Section 34 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c O.18, as amended.
