Notice of Decision to Consent to Demolition Application

35 Wright Street

Take Notice that in respect to the application to demolish deemed complete on April 24, 2020, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill at its meeting on May 27, 2020 consented to the application to demolish the Part IV heritage-listed former Harry Endean House, located at 35 Wright Street, in accordance with Section 34 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter O.18, as amended.

Notice of Appeal: An owner of a property who receives a notice of decision from a municipality may, within 30 days of receiving the notice of decision, give notice of appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and to the clerk of the municipality. A notice of appeal shall set out the reasons for the objection to the decision of the council of the municipality and be accompanied by the fee charged under the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017.
