Take Notice that in respect to the application to demolish deemed complete on May 5, 2022, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill at its meeting on June 22, 2022 consented to the application to demolish the Part IV heritage-designated John Love House, located at 6 Greywacke Street (formerly 630 King Road), subject to the terms and conditions specified by Council, in accordance with Section 34 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c O.18, as amended.
