Notice of Passing of Repealing By-law

10027 Yonge Street

Take notice that in respect to the application to demolish deemed complete on March 12, 2020, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill at its meeting on May 27, 2020 consented to the application to demolish the Part IV heritage-designated former Dr. Duncumb’s Hall, located at 10027 Yonge Street.

And take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 153-20 on December 9, 2020 under Section 34.3 of the Ontario Heritage Act, repealing By-law 11-13 being a by-law to authorize the designation of 10027 Yonge Street (Dr. Duncumb’s Hall) under the Ontario Heritage Act.
