Proposed By-law to Permanently Stop-up and Close a portion Aida Place

Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill intends to pass a By-law to permanently stop-up and close a portion of Aida Place more particularly described as part of Aida Place, Plan M-807, designated as Parts 1-4, Plan 65R-39646, Richmond Hill.
The proposed by-law regarding the permanent stop up and closure of part of Aida Place is available for inspection by contacting the Office of the Clerk at clerks@richmondhill.ca.
Richmond Hill City Council will consider the proposed by-law at its meeting to be held on the 9th day of February 2022 at 9:30 a.m. In support of the efforts of our public health partners and the Province of Ontario to stop the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be held using electronic video conference technology.
