Proposed By-law to Permanently Stop-up and Close a Portion of Palmer Avenue

Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill intends to pass a By-law to permanently stop-up and close a portion of Palmer Avenue more particularly described as part of Palmer Avenue and Part of One Foot Reserve, Plan 2383 and Part of Palmer Avenue, Plan 3801, designated as Part 3, Plan 65R-31305, Richmond Hill.

The proposed by-law regarding the permanent stop up and closure of part of Palmer Avenue is available for inspection by contacting the Office of the Clerk at clerks@richmondhill.ca.

Richmond Hill City Council will consider the proposed by-law at its meeting to be held on the 6^th day of July 2022 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held both in person in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Offices, 225 East Beaver Creek Road and using electronic video conference technology.  The meeting can also be accessed through the City’s website at Richmondhill.ca.
