Proposed By-law to Permanently Stop-up and Close a Portion of Prince Arthur Avenue

Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill intends to pass a By-law to permanently stop-up and close the untraveled portion of Prince Arthur Avenue more particularly described as Part of Prince Arthur Avenue, Plan 133, designated as Parts 1 & 4, Plan 65R-38893, City of Richmond Hill, Regional Municipality of York, as depicted in the map attached below.
The proposed by-law regarding the portion of Prince Arthur Avenue to be permanently closed is available for inspection by contacting the Office of the Clerk at clerks@richmondhill.ca.
Richmond Hill City Council will consider the proposed by-law at its meeting to be held on the 13th day of May, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. In support of the efforts of our public health partners and the Province of Ontario to stop the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be held using electronic video conference technology.
