Notice of Public Open House - Toporowski Stream Assessment and Rouge River Valleyland Restoration
Please join us to review proposed solutions for the restoration of valleylands associated with the Upper Rouge River north and south of Toporowski Avenue. This restoration focuses on improving water flow along the channel and reducing flood risks to nearby residential properties.
The Study Area includes the Rouge River and valleylands between Elgin Mills Road East to the north and Redstone Road to the south.

City and Toronto and Region Conservation Area staff will be on-hand to hear your input and answer your questions. If you are unable to attend the in-person event, you will have a chance to view the proposed solutions and provide feedback between October 29 and November 22, 2024, by visiting the project webpage.
