To facilitate the installation of new municipal services and road reconstruction for the new subdivision on the north west corner of 16^th Avenue and Bayview Avenue by Corsica Development Inc., a closure of Somerset Crescent and Fern Avenue  is scheduled as follows:

Somerset Crescent

from 7 a.m. Monday, February 27 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017

and

Fern Avenue

from 7 a.m. Monday, April 10 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017

Through traffic is provided.

Access to local properties and emergency traffic will be maintained.
