Richmond Hill Council will consider proposed updates to the City’s Sign By-law at its Wednesday, March 24, 2021 Council meeting. Specifically, the updates are regarding permissions for real estate open house signs and provisions to allow for enforcement pursuant to the City’s Administrative Monetary Penalty System.
