 Development Charges

 Richmond Hill City Council will hold a Special Council meeting on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

 In support of the efforts of our public health partners and the Province of Ontario to stop the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be held using electronic video conference technology. Details on how you can participate in the meeting or view the livestream of the meeting are available at RichmondHill.ca/CouncilMeetings.

 This meeting is held pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, to present and obtain public input on the City’s proposed development charges by-laws and underlying background studies. Copies of the proposed by-laws and background studies are available on the City’s Development Charges website:

At this meeting, Council will hear any person who makes representations relating to the proposed By-laws.
