Please be advised that Elgin Mills Road East, from Melbourne Drive to Redstone Road, will be closed from:

Friday, July 8 at 9 p.m. to Monday, July 11, 2022 at 5 a.m.

This closure is necessary to facilitate the construction of storm sewer to service the North Leslie Secondary Plan Area. This project is being led by the developer.

During the closure, motorists are advised to use the posted detour routes. Elgin Mills Road East will be completely closed east of Melbourne Drive and west of Redstone Road. Detour signs will be in place to help guide motorists around the road closure. Access to Melbourne Drive and Redstone Road will be maintained throughout the road closure. Access to the Community Environmental Centre will be maintained.
