Please be advised that access to Richmond Green Access Road via William F. Bell Parkway will be closed from 7 a.m. on Monday, July 31, 2023 to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023, weather permitting (as part of Stage 3).

• Stage 1 (May 5 - May 16) – Closure of Richmond Green Park access road.  No access to Richmond Green S.S and Library from Elgin Mills Road East.
• Stage 2 (May 17 - May 25) – Closure of Richmond Green Park access road.  Reduced access to Richmond Green S.S and Library from William F. Bell Parkway

This closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of new municipal services and road reconstruction for the new subdivision development on the north side of William F. Bell Parkway by Mattamy Homes (Mattamy Elgin Mills Ltd. - Subdivision 19T-14006). and Conservatory Group.

Access to local properties and emergency traffic will be maintained.
