Take notice that, in accordance with Section 29(6) of the Ontario Heritage Act, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill at its meeting held on February 12, 2025 made the decision to withdraw its Notice of Intention to Designate the above noted property as being of cultural heritage value or interest under part IV and pursuant to section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990,c.0.18.
