TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill adopted at its meeting of July 6, 2022, the Community Benefits Charge (CBC) By-law #99-22 in accordance with the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.

Any individual or organization may appeal the By-laws to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal under Section 37 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended by filing with the City Clerk of the City of Richmond Hill a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons supporting the objection.  The last day to make an appeal is August 15, 2022.

The Community Benefits Charge By-law cover services that benefit all residents of the City of Richmond Hill.
