Registration Opens November 29 for Winter Recreation Programs

RICHMOND HILL – Are you looking for a way to keep active this winter? The City of Richmond Hill’s winter recreation programs are almost here! Registration for residents opens November 29. Register between November 29 and December 13 for a chance to win $100 on your Richmond Hill Rec account.
New this winter, we’re offering Art and Fine Craft Workshops in calligraphy, collage, painting with gold leaf, pastels and wood carving. Browse our list of winter programs by age, area of interest, location or specific programs. We have recreational programs for all ages, abilities and interests, including arts and entertainment, astronomy, computers, science and technology, dance, fitness, sports, swimming and skating.
Get a Head Start on Registering
- Create a Wish List: Research and filter programs in advance that peak your interest and add them to your wish list for easy access. On November 29, just open your wish list, add the activities to your cart and check out.
- Wait Lists: If your program choice is full, add your name to the wait list. Program staff review high demand programs regularly and often schedule more classes based on wait list numbers.
- Bookmark the Page: Save RichmondHill.ca/RecPrograms to your browser’s bookmarks or favourites to make it easier to find!

Registration is also open for Winter Break and March Break Camp. Space is limited, so register soon at RichmondHill.ca/Camp.
