RICHMOND HILL: The Town of Richmond Hill's main Municipal Offices located at 225 East Beaver Creek Road will be closed for the remainder of the day, Wednesday, October 29. The closure is due to an electrical problem that occurred this morning resulting in a power outage. 

"Smoke was detected in an electrical panel. Richmond Hill Fire & Emergency Services responded and all employees and tenants were safely evacuated," said Joan Anderton, Chief Administrative Officer.

All scheduled meetings have been canceled for the day.
