A request has been received from DAVID FRATTAROLI to amend the Zoning By-law and for approval of a Plan of Subdivision, for the lands described as Lot 45, Plan 12003, City of Richmond Hill, and municipally known as 114 Centre Street West. The applications seek to permit a low density residential development comprised of two (2) single detached dwelling units and four (4) semi-detached dwelling units on a private common element condominium road on the subject lands.

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 27-25 on March 26, 2025 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 28, 2025.

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill adopted Amendment No. 60 to the Richmond Hill Official Plan on the 26th day of March, 2025 through the enactment of By-law 41-25 and in accordance with Sections 16 and 17 of the Planning Act, as amended.
