A request has been received from DAVID FRATTAROLI to amend the Zoning By-law and for approval of a Plan of Subdivision, for the lands described as Lot 45, Plan 12003, City of Richmond Hill, and municipally known as 114 Centre Street West. The applications seek to permit a low density residential development comprised of two (2) single detached dwelling units and four (4) semi-detached dwelling units on a private common element condominium road on the subject lands.
