Notice of Adoption - OPA 38
The purpose of this Amendment to the Richmond Hill Official Plan is to re-designate the subject lands from “Employment Corridor” to “Medium Density Residential” on Schedule “A” – Land Use Plan to the North Leslie Secondary Plan in order to facilitate the construction of a townhouse development proposal on the subject lands.

Notice of Adoption - OPA 39
The purpose of this Amendment to the Richmond Hill Official Plan is to amend Chapter 6 of the Official Plan of the City of Richmond Hill in order to provide site specific polices and to amend Schedule A11 to add the Exception Area 38 to the Schedule. This amendment will allow the development of an eight storey long term care facility and two 10 storey retirement home buildings with at-grade commercial uses on the subject lands.

Notice of Passing of Zoning By-law 3-23
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 3-23 on January 25, 2023 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 21, 2023.
