A request has been received from CARLO PACITTO and THE ESTATE OF ANTONIETTA PACITTO to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for the lands described as Lot 95 and Lot 96, Plan 1923, City of Richmond Hill and municipally known as 174, 176 and 180 Weldrick Road West. The subject lands have a total lot frontage of approximately 82.3 metres (270.01 feet) along Weldrick Road West and a total area of approximately 2 acres (0.8 hectares).

Notice of Open House and Council Public Meeting
An Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 7:00-9:00 PM at Committee Room 2 of the Municipal Offices, 225 East Beaver Creek Road, City of Richmond Hill to provide the public with information and an opportunity to review and ask questions about the proposed Richmond Hill Centre Zoning By-law Amendment.

Notice of Passing of Zoning By-law 39-25
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 39-25 on April 23, 2025 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 21, 2025.
An explanation of the purpose and effect of the Zoning By-law and map showing the location of the lands to which the amendment applies, is set out below. The amendment was processed under City file D02-18011.
