The Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill adopted Amendment No. 32 to the Richmond Hill Official Plan on the 8th day of June, 2022 through the enactment of By-law 17-22 and in accordance with Sections 17 and 21 of the Planning Act, as amended.

Notice of Passing of Zoning By-law 91-22
Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill passed By-law 91-22 on June 8, 2022 under section 34 of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990.
And take notice that an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal in respect of the Zoning By-law may be made by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill, no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 4, 2022.
