A request has been received from Farnaz Habibi, Hooman Hojabri Rad, Habibollah Habibi, Farid Habibi and Mina Zarkoobmanesh to amend the Zoning By-law and for approval of a Plan of Subdivision for lands described as Lot 122 and Part of Lots 121 and 123, Plan 1960 and municipally known as 211, 225 and 231 Carrville Road. The applications seek to permit a medium density residential development comprised of 19 townhouse dwelling units accessed by a private, condominium lane on the subject lands.
