Strategic Plan online survey and community open house registration now available

RICHMOND HILL – The City of Richmond Hill is creating a new Strategic Plan 2023-2027, which will capture what Richmond Hill aspires to be as a community while outlining steps we need to take to get there. Everyone from the community is invited to share your ideas through the online survey and/or by attending an open house.

A strategic plan provides a roadmap and guides the decision-making for Council and staff, based on our shared priorities. Hearing the voice of residents, businesses and all Richmond Hill stakeholders, understanding what is important to them and their vision for the future of Richmond Hill, will be integral in the development of the new Strategic Plan.

• Provide your input on Richmond Hill’s goals as a community and how to achieve them
• Share your priorities for our community
