What Does an Age-Friendly Richmond Hill Mean to You?
RICHMOND HILL – Richmond Hill is taking steps toward becoming an age-friendly community and wants to hear from you! This type of community allows people of all ages to participate in activities that keep everyone healthy and included in community life.
In Richmond Hill, older adults aged 55+ comprise 31.9% of Richmond Hill’s population (2021 Census). Developing an age-friendly strategy is an important step towards meeting the needs of an aging population and, in turn, creating a community where residents of all ages can thrive.
