56th Virtual Volunteer Achievement Awards Includes New Community Recognition Certificates 

RICHMOND HILL – Across the City of Richmond Hill are selfless individuals who volunteer their time to give back to their community and help those in need. The Acting Mayor and Members of Council are proud to recognize the outstanding work of these volunteers and honour their dedication and service at this year’s 56th Virtual Volunteer Achievement Awards.

The award ceremony occurs biennially during National Volunteer Week. This year, the ceremony will be held online due to the pandemic.

Date: Tuesday, April 20, 2021

Time: 7 p.m.

Award recipients will be recognized for the meaningful difference they make in the lives of Richmond Hill residents. New to this year’s awards is a Community Recognition Certificate recognizing individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond during COVID-19 to help their community.
