The Town of Richmond Hill has initiated an update to the Urban Master Environmental Servicing Plan (UMESP) in support of the Town’s Official Plan. The Town has retained Civica Infrastructure to complete the study and is intended to verify and update the proposed municipal water and wastewater infrastructure improvements required to support the Town’s planned growth and intensification.

Please be advised that Loc Pave will be closing Rose Branch Drive between 113 and 115 Rose Branch from September 4, 2018 to October 12, 2018.
The road closure is necessary to facilitate the East Channel Bridge Rehabilitation works on behalf of the Town of Richmond Hill.
