2020 Summer Sidewalk Inspection Work

Richmond Hill is performing a sidewalk inspection throughout the City from approximately Monday, July 27 to Friday, July 31, weather permitting. This work will be done by Top Hat Robotics, who produce sidewalk robots for a number of work-related use-cases like detecting sidewalk deficiencies. These robots will be inspecting Richmond Hill sidewalks accompanied by a Top Hat Robotics employee who is happy to answer any questions you may have about the program.

2020 Road Rehabilitation Program

A number of streets are being resurfaced through Richmond Hill's Road Rehabilitation Program (listed below). This work is expected to begin on July 20, 2020 and continue until the program’s completion on or about October 16, 2020, weather permitting. Lane closures are possible to facilitate this work.
