Flags Lowered to Half-Mast: National Day of Mourning

Please be advised that in recognition of National Day of Mourning, all flags at Richmond Hill facilities have been lowered to half-mast.
In December 1990, the Federal government passed the Worker’s Day of Mourning Act designating April 28th as the official day observed each year to recognize workers injured, killed or disabled on the job or who suffer from occupational illnesses.
