2020 Sidewalk Re-leveling Work

The City of Richmond Hill is performing a sidewalk re-leveling within the areas of Elgin Mills Road to Major Mackenzie Drive and Bayview Avenue to Bathurst Street. This work is scheduled to take place from approximately Monday, April 27 to Friday, May 15, weather permitting.
There will be a City contractor, Miconi Construction Limited, conducting the work.

Richmond Hill Launches Hotline for Reporting COVID-19 Complaints

RICHMOND HILL – In response to community concerns, the City has launched a dedicated phone number and email to receive tips about businesses and residents violating provincial COVID-19 orders and municipal closures.
Richmond Hill by-law officers have already investigated more than 140 reported incidences of non-essential workplaces that are still operating, individuals using closed playgrounds or sports fields, and residents gathering in large groups.
