RICHMOND HILL – Richmond Hill’s City Manager has announced two new executive leadership appointments, effective immediately.
Sherry Adams has been appointed Commissioner of Corporate and Financial Services. Ms. Adams brings more than 25 years of national and global public and private sector experience to the leadership table.
