Letter of Greeting from Mayor Request
Letter of Greeting
The Mayor will provide a greeting letter for community events such as:
- Charity fundraising events
- Arts and cultural events
- Conferences
- Conventions
- Tradeshows
- Professional celebrations
Request a Letter of Greeting. Requests must be made at least four weeks before the event or printing deadline for an event program.
Letters will not be provided for the following:
- Events or organizations that have no relationship to Richmond Hill
- Anything that goes against Richmond Hill's policies or by-laws
- Matters of political issues or religious beliefs
- Individual conviction
