Richmond Hill Enacts Interim Control By-law for Yonge/Bernard Area
Council approved the implementation of an Interim Control By-law (ICBL) for an area around the intersection of Yonge Street and Bernard Avenue. The Interim Control By-law temporarily prohibits the use of land, buildings or structures within the specified area for one year while staff to conduct a Planning Study, develop a Key Development Area Secondary Plan and an Implementing Zoning By-law for this area.
