- Community Improvement Plans (CIPs): Future studies such as the CIP will identify incentives (grants/loans) for landowners and businesses to boost development in RHC, promoting vibrant neighborhoods.
- Capital Budgeting: Richmond Hill continues to invest in critical new infrastructure (such as roads, water and facilities) and upgrades to support growth and maintain our assets.
