Merry Marketplace

Step into a winter wonderland and join us at our second annual Merry Marketplace. The spirit of the season will come alive under the twinkle of thousands of lights, which will illuminate daily until 10 p.m. Check out our many artisan vendors, cozy up by the fire and grab a cup of hot chocolate, visit with Santa and create memorable holiday moments together.

We are collecting non-perishable food items in support of the Richmond Hill Community Food Bank. Items can be dropped off at the Information Booth, located near the South walkway.  

First Night - a New Year's Celebration

Welcome the New Year with us and join us for a delightful evening with your families! Enjoy creative crafts and activities, savor delectable treats, experience an early countdown and make lasting memories!

Outdoor Skating at Richmond Green Skate Trail 

Glide through the trees at our 250 metre looped skate trail with lights for evening skating and ample parking. The skate trail is located at 1300 Elgin Mills Road East right next to Tom Graham Arena. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily (weather permitting). 

Admission is free and registration is not required.

55+ Seniors Christmas Celebration

Richmond Hill Seniors 55+ are invited to join in the festivities for our annual Seniors’ Christmas Celebration. Join us for an afternoon of delightful socializing and entertainment by Kid Crooner and the Boys Jazz Quartet who will have you dancing in your seats!

Pick up your FREE tickets at the McConaghy Centre and Oak Ridges Community Centre. You will be required to produce identification that confirms that you are a Richmond Hill resident. A maximum of two tickets allowed and identification will be required for both tickets. For more information about this magical event call the McConaghy Reception at 905-737-1818. No membership needed.

55+ Choir Concert - A Holiday Fantasia

Enjoy an afternoon of entertainment by the McConaghy Centre Choir conducted by Jessica V. Kun. Light refreshments will be served. All ages and non-members welcome.
