
Adults 55+ Programs
We have a wide variety of programs to offer adults 55 and older from sports to fitness, technology to arts and more! You can choose to participate in drop-in programs or our programs that require registration.
Memberships are required for all Adults 55+ programs including, drop-in programs, registered programs, events, and workshops.

We have more programs not specific to 55+ that you are always welcome to participate in. If you would like to learn more about all the programs we offer, visit our Registered Recreation Programs page.
Richmond Hill seniors (65 and older) pay only 70% of the registration fee for most program registrations and fitness memberships (that are not 55+ specific programs). Non-residents are not eligible for these rates and must pay the full registration fee for all programs and memberships.
Fall Program Registration is open. Winter Program Registration opens November 25.
An Adult 55+ Membership is required to participate in all Adult 55+ programs including, drop-in programs, registered programs, events, and workshops.
Why be a member?
55+ Membership holders have access to programs and drop-in programs (including pickleball), and pay reduced fees for out bus trips, special events, and workshops. You also have access to the McConaghy Centre lounge and dining areas, computer lab, billiards room, library, fitness room and more. Membership fees are valid for one year from time of purchase.
*You can also purchase your membership in person at the McConaghy Centre, or any Richmond Hill Community Centre.

| Richmond Hill recognizes the value of participating in recreation and culture programs. All residents, regardless of financial circumstances, should be able to enjoy the programs and services offered by the Community Services Department.
