Aquafit Boot Camp Looking for a challenge? Try this class with a mix of interval cardio with varying intensity and equipment to increase strength and aerobic endurance in both the shallow and deep end. Aqua-Intense This Aquafit program is designed to add intensity. You will use water dumbbells throughout the conditioning segment of the workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, and non-swimmers are welcome. Combo Class Aquafit is a well-rounded workout that includes a warm up, cardio segment, muscle conditioning and a cool-down. This class is designed for all fitness levels and non-swimmers are welcome. |
